Tia who did my nails was a lovely girl but the standard of the manicure is sub-standard - and from the quality finished was rushed, due to appointments being backed up. Having regularly had manicures (gels) I know that there is a minimum requirement of the gel to be flat and for it to be seamless from bottom to top however they are bumpy (which is really obvious from just looking at them). Will not be returning which is disappointing due to them being an award winning salon.

Sophie was amazing - really professional, made me feel completely at ease and was the least painful wax I've had. Would definitely recommend!
