A beautiful venue, with lovely facilities and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Unfortunately the staff let Whittlebury Hall down. I didn't find them friendly, helpful or sincere. Despite this I had a good time with friends, but won't be going back.
Had a lovely day and we felt it was good value for money.
On a down side - the number of people allowed into the heat and ice area is far too many and boarded on unsafe. I was also disappointed that we hadn't been made aware that Whittlebury had changed their policy regarding footwear and had to pay an additional £5 each for slippers :(
On the plus side the lunch was lovely and we really enjoyed our treatment (self treatment so can't rate therapist) was quite shocked by the hard sell on products after the treatment though.
I went to the spa with a group of friends and family for my cousin's hen weekend. We had a brilliant time!
The heat and ice experience was brilliant and I did not want to leave. Loved the different steam rooms and the massive jacuzzi.
We had a buffet lunch which was nice but the main meal of the night was something else- it was delicious.
I found my massage really relaxing and the therapist was really friendly, just what you want when you are having a relaxing day. We all decided to take part in the yoga session (this was free). It was fun to do as a group and relaxed us even more than we were.
The room was lovely and quite larg which a treat. I really liked the breakfast the follwoing day also.
We had a fab time and will defiantly go again!
This was the best spa experience we have ever had - and briliant value for money! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute - especially the Fire and Ice experience.
The showers are in need of refurbishing. The lunch however was excellent, although we sat down a little late as it was 14:00. Would have preferred to have the treatments in the afternoon after lunch.
