Ana is the best waxer I have ever had
I’ve been using the spa for about 5 months now. Today I’ve realised I won’t be going back as this has been the last time I’ll give it another chance. I waited 40mins for my appointment. Previously they have also cancelled on me multiple times which is a huge inconvenience. Didn’t offer me a discount or anything. Also don’t appreciate they double dip with there wax which I personally think is unhygienic. Will be finding a new waxing spot especially for the £45 price!
Disappointing. Limited nail colours available - I had to accept 3rd choice. Lighting poor. Interior needs upgrade. Staff delightful.
Do not come here to have your nails painted.
I went in to have a simple colour of paint to showcase my new engagement ring , not only was it poorly painted on but it also started to crack within 2 days.
I called up and got rebooked in, during the appointment the lady had to try twice to get the paint on my nails. When she tried to add a top coat the first time it was dragging the colour pigment and showing the natural nail. So she redid the nails and didn't put a top coat on.
After a day the nails were peeling, the colour hadn't fully set and it was losing its blue and it was chipping by simply brushing the nail.
When I spoke to the manager for a refund they refused and said I could come back in however after wasting almost 2 hours of my time I wouldn't come back.
No resolution was met and no apology was made.
I can’t believe I had gifted both my mum and my mother in law massages here - I’ll need to apologise to them after I got a massage there myself. Got a 50 min massage where I had booked 1h. The girl massaged only the back of max three fourths of my legs and my back (ie no arms at all) and then left with an abrupt ‘I’ll leave you to get dressed’ at the 50 min mark. The parts she did manage to massage were ok. Probably my worst massage experience - it was a joke.The salon also needs an upgrade in terms of general look and feel.
