Awful experience, don’t go! The Chiswick branch was shut without warning, I requested a refund which was refused and left with no choice but to travel a long distance to the next alternative branch in Beaconsfield. This branch was dirty, messy and chaotic, it’s not a nice place to spend time. To top off the poor experience on my way out I was told their card machine wasn’t working and to go to the nearest ash point for the £10 to settle my bill! I really don’t recommend the cove spa.
Nice experience with a gentle massage and relaxing time. The room was really tiny though so made it difficult for the therapist to move around (not her fault!). Good but not amazing
