This review is for the owners not the staff!I booked a wax at the beaconsfield branch via phone and paid my 50%deposit. do not have a problem with this new system and perfectly understand the need. On the day I had a call to let me know the lady was sick and therefore they had moved my appointment till later in the day. I politely explained I could not make this time as I was leaving and would not be back till next year I therefore asked for a refund of my deposit. I was told the policy was to hold this on my account so I explained I did not and never have had an ‘account’ to cut a long story short 5 phone calls later I finally received the refund. Cove owners if you have to change an appointment and the customer cannot make it you have to refund- will not return (have been an as hoc client for 10 years)

I’ve been visiting The Cove Spa at Beaconsfield for over two years for my facials. Marina always has a welcoming smile as you arrive, and Ana is so warm and welcoming, with a great attention to detail.

Beautiful experience at the Beaconsfield Branch yesterday. It’s my second visit in six weeks and I highly recommend them. The beds are warm with lovely ambient music but the star of the show was Ana who is simply first class in all the treatments I have had with her. Marina on reception was also delightful. Very attentive and accommodating. I can’t wait to return.
