Ana is the best waxer I have ever had
Disappointing. Limited nail colours available - I had to accept 3rd choice. Lighting poor. Interior needs upgrade. Staff delightful.
Have been a customer for approx 10 -15 years and service and quality has really gone downhill since it has been taken over by the Cove. Staff shortages and pricing had been terrible. Anna is amazing!!!! They can’t seem to keep staff and today had an appointment cancelled for that day with no alternative provided as no staff avail at Bourne End or Beaconsfield to do it. In addition the last treatment I received was poor too. Sadly will now consider giving business to another Beauty Spa.
Sherry provides an excellent service, expert CACI facial and warm & friendly. The Cove is a lovely place to enjoy a treatment with a relaxing & welcoming atmosphere.
Be careful at this salon. I booked with this app for a £48 pedicure but on arrival they tried to charge an extra £15 to remove my existing gels which wasn’t mentioned when booking. They wouldn’t cancel or refund when I said so to the extra charge.
