Massage was really great, but there were a couple of things that we were slightly disappointed with. For example the spa itself, the sauna wasn't open and was only the salt room. And the afternoon tea, there is no option to book the time for this on the website, so we were waiting around a while until we were served, normal drinks were asked but not if we wanted tea, it was only when prompt by another member of staff we received the tea, without milk, and this was way after the food was served

The young girl at reception(sorry I can't remember her name), was also a delight, so friendly and helpful.

We had booked for 2 treatments but had to share the one due to staff shortages. Managed to get 25 minutes each instead of the 55 minutes we expected. We did get 2 vouchers to come back but with a 2 year old, its hard to fit these things in, we had booked a days holiday specifically to visit the spa and have the massage. Paid for the package deal with lunch but was then confusion in the restaurant regarding payment.
