My massage was great, the staff were lovely, place is nice and clean!
My only feedback is the massive lightbox in the pool area looks like an airport billboard ad, a bit off putting for my relaxing spa day 🤣

I didn’t get the treatment described on the website in the slightest! Didn’t get the hand and arm massage, cuticles weren’t done or much filing. The nail polish wasn’t gel, and the nail polish was all wrinkly after half an hour of having it done, my therapist then sprayed my nails with a setting spray to help it dry quicker, then walked away and left me to sit and wait as she said that it was the end of her shift!
