Experience felt rushed. Changing facilities very poor. Female changing room inadequate one small shower with saloon style doors that didn't shut properly, one loo that everyone was using to get changed in. Everything looked very tired and needs TLC. Not a luxurious first impression! Rasul + mud was excellent but needed reminder (intercom announcement or bell) to let you know when to shower and finish your treatment, always had eye on clock. Treatments were OK nothing special, no ambiance

Christina was a lovely massage therapist, she was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring the massage met my needs and concentrated on any areas that required particular attention. Nice relaxing massage, lovely treat whilst on a lovely break at The Club hotel and spa

The hotel was conveniently situated with easy walking access to everything that St Helier has to offer. Easy parking and no problem getting space. The bedroom was a good size, quiet and well appointed. The bathroom was dated, cracked tiles, lamination coming off door, but shower water pressure was excellent. Good choice for breakfast. Bohemia food excellent, ditto cocktails and wine. Annoyingly, couldn’t use £100 restaurant credit as I had prepaid food. This spoiled our stay.

Cristina was amazing. I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be coming back. My legs were in a lot of pain and feel so much better thanks to her professional skills. Lovely clean spa friendly staff and 10 times better than the yacht club. Thank you 🙏
