I’ve used the club a couple of times for a spa morning with my mum. I was disappointed this year. I didn’t think the spa area was clean at all. There was no one at the desk to meet us and we waited for ages. I then when to main reception to be told we’d have to wait 30 minutes as the lady was giving treatments. However, we arrived early to use the facilities which we should have been able to do.
The therapist was lovely however, rushed off her feet as she was working alone.

When I entered the spa reception the therapist appeared to be getting instruction on how to do my facial. During the treatment some hair strands were getting rubbed over my face which was uncomfortable - when I mentioned this the therapist completely ignored me. I was also very aware of the therapists nails as she was doing the facial massage and the scalp massage part of the treatment was far too long. Overall an OK treatment - lovely products- but I don’t think I’ll return.

Great hotel and room. Food was brilliant. Staff really nice. Felt a bit rushed for my treatment whilst I was there. But it was nice. She could of slide down a bit
