This hotel was exactly what we wanted a hotel that felt warm welcoming and extremely friendly however at the same time professional and luxurious.
The location to all the local amenities was perfect, so close to the town centre to be able to just wander into the main area.
The spa area was spotlessly clean and maintained and the massage therapist was extremely professional and skilled.
Breakfast each morning was cooked fresh to order and the service from the all the staff was excellent.

I only went because I wanted a pedicure. This was changed to a massage without my permission. I had just had an operation so I could not have a massage and it meant that I didn’t get to spend any time with my friend who booked because I was going as well we had wanted our treatments at the same time. However, the therapist was lovely and highly embarrassed about the mistakes made by the reception.
