The venue is quiet, clean and relaxing. The welcome was warm and personal, setting the perfect tone. The relaxation room was a great start to unwinding. The pre-assessment was thoughtful and thorough, and the treatment itself was exceptional. The therapist explained everything clearly and was considerate throughout. Overall, a fantastic and restorative experience.

Lovely massage and facilities. Cristina was great.
The reception of guests could be better though, as I was waiting for 10-15mins and eventually went down to the hotel reception to get a key for the locker and the facilities.
