Nice relaxing massage and then a dip in the pool to finish. A lovely couple of hours.
Aromatherapy Massage
Arrived early expecting to need to change into a robe ahead of the treatment. After filling in my form I was 10 minutes early. I was asked if I’d like to go and come back later - which I said no happy to wait. Was offered to wait in the relaxation room but no robe offered so extremely hot in my normal clothes. The treatment was meant to be back, neck and shoulder which I’d booked due to tension in my back - she ended up spending a while on arms and legs which I hadn’t wanted unfortunately.

Myself and my mum had a lovely day, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were great. Our treatments were great too

Spa facilities looking very tired.
No flip flops in 2 of our lockers, and 3rd locker didn’t lock, so we shared.
The relaxation room beds were comfortable, but no tea, only one mug and only 2 cups for water. We were in there an hour, nobody came into replenish.
Therapists came to get us for treatment, which was so lovely.
Afternoon tea, when we arrived, they didn’t have my booking, but was quiet so it was fine.
It was 50th birthday, so was disappointed. Sorry for feedback, had hoped better
