I’ve been here before and had a 10/10 experience, which is why I was disappointed this time. The staff were still lovely and the salon was clean, but the water for my pedicure was cold and there wasn’t the same attention to all the tiny details that made my previous visit so good. My nails were nice overall, but unfortunately this visit didn’t live up to the high standard I experienced last time.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t very happy with my experience. While doing my nails, the nail tech cut my fingers and I was bleeding, but she didn’t even apologise or acknowledge it. The nail shaping also wasn’t done very well and the overall service could have been much better
