Overall my nail artist was good. There was a miscommunication at the end about pricing and I had to pay more and I think it could have been avoided if they had been more communicative at the top of the appointment. I booked and paid online and the art I showed her I guess wasn’t within the scope of what I booked but I didn’t know that until it was time to pay. I could have picked a style that was within what I booked if the artist had said something before she started working on my nails.
