Very small - one tiny jacuzzi and a steam room that didn't work. The reception was hard to find. One changing room got stuck shut for 5 minutes with people inside. Our treatment was 20 minutes late starting even though there were only 4 people in the spa. The massage was really nice though - the therapists were really friendly, respectful and professional and the experience was pleasant. Slightly weirdly she massaged my ears but overall I enjoyed the hour. A mixed bag.

This place should not be referred to as a 'SPA'. it has a tiny jacuzzi and a treatment room to the side. It is extremelly small and very out of date. The steam room was not working. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I knew that the 'Spa' was what we saw. Very disappointing. The outside area smelt very bad (damp) it needs a total refit.

Booked the detox spa package. Spa area only had hot tub in working order. Steam room out of order. Was not told this on booking. Only slippers provided, no dessing gown as stated on website. Relaxation area was next to hot tub, 3 bean bags, not very relaxing environment. Massage was the best thing about the afternoon. After spa NUTRICIOUS drink, as per website, was carton apple or orange juice! Not what I expected.
