An overnight Stay Well package booked last minute and nothing was too much trouble for the staff at The Chilworth.
Great breakfast, lovely staff, amazing massage, great little spa area!
I honestly do not have a negative comment to say about this hotel. Reasonable price with top class service, thank you for a memorable stay. We can’t wait for our next visit.

This venue was not clean there was mould in the jacuzzi and an overwhelming smell of chlorine. The jacuzzi was very cold and when we addressed that with the staff we were told there was nothing she could do. Only after following guests also complained then she offered a free return but due to the cleanliness, I don’t think I will be re-attending. However, the ladies that did our massages were very friendly and created a nice atmosphere especially as this was our first massage experience.

Very poor serviced.
They booked your spa and massage on their own liking or availability WITHOUT even asking or informing the client.
I was surprised that i recieved different email of confirmation on 1 day with different dates.
I will never go back to this hotel ever again. Sorry.
