If I could leave zero stars I would as I wasn't able to get my treatment. I received a cancellation call 41 minutes before my appointment cancelling due to the therapist not turning up for work. I had taken the day off work, and this was a give to my husband who had also taken the day off work.
We were on our way to the spa so we wasted a day off work, and money and time on our journey. I have requested more information from the venue about my cancellation but they are they are not responding.

Small spa but does not take away from the experience. Jacuzzi tub was relaxing and spacious for 4 people. Massage was really relaxing, the masseuse did a great job. Only downfall I would say was that there was a few mosquitos in changing room and bathroom and the hallway leading up to the spa smelt of damp. But really great experience overall.

Used Wowcher and it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Massage was excellent (very professional and friendly). Jacuzzi was really nice. Afternoon tea contained a selection of delightful treats. Just a suggestion to perhaps ask guests to arrive 20 minutes before to allow time to complete the form and get ready (so we could maximise the jacuzzi experience.. as we didnt have enough time to use the sauna). But overall, spent quality time with my daughter and would do again

Wasn't sure what to expect after reading some not so glowing reviews but to be honest the whole experience was really nice. The massage was good - the only problem was that the room was very chilly - perhaps because we were one of the first appts of the day. It was a shame that we were rushed out of the waiting area afterwards as there were only two chairs.
The afternoon tea also was good, service was attentive to start with but then tailed off a little. Overall a nice experience.
