They cancelled my treatment last minute. Said they would refund the massage way under value and use of spa, and still have not replied about when and how I they will refund it. They also took a £10 deposit upon arrival for some reason which has also not been refunded. Really disappointing.

The massages at The Chilworth made our experience the two therapists we had were very polite, skilled and seemed to enjoy their job! It was a shame the facilities weren’t the cleanest, the grout in the sauna was very dirty making the overall room feel dirty, could’ve done with a mop with some disinfectant all over, we also found a few hairs in the jacuzzi. Despite this the staff were very patient and accommodating, was a lovely venue for a small intimate spa date.

Booked what I thought was a luxury spa day through wowcher. It was just one hour use of a jacuzzi and steam room in quite literally the basement of this hotel. No swimming pool and no where to relax after your massage. The massage was amazing. Was only given the option of spa use at 11am followed by massage at 12pm and afternoon tea at 1:30pm so it all felt a bit rushed- not the point of a spa day! Afternoon tea was very mediocre- cheap bread and no top up of drinks. Will not be returning.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR SPA! It was so embarrassing for me to let down my sister down on her birthday! Staff is absolutely useless, unprofessional and full of lies! Worst hotel in london! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This was the most horrible experience of my life ever! I booked a spa as a birthday present for my sister, we got to the hotel and we were told that spa is closed! They did not email or call me in advance to let me know that its cancelled! Very disappointed, worst experience!

lovely time with my wife. great receptionist. Great massage. Great restaurant .Curry was so good, we ordered 2x in a day, in lunch and dinner :D.
