I treated my best friend to an Afternoon Tea and 1-hour full body/deep tissue massage for her bday - we loved it! We had our massages together in a small, but modest room like a couples massage, which was cute. The massage itself was amazing and relaxing - our masseuses were considerate and checked that the pressure was OK throughout. I felt soo pampered! The food in the afternoon tea was okay, but we got a glass of prosecco and bottomless tea/coffee with exceptional service from the restaurant
The service was great but there were a few minor things could've improved the experience.
- the interior needs an uplift/revamp, it's quite old.
- the spa isn't really a spa in the traditional sense. Luxury items and cues can be used to enhance the experience e.g expensive lotions and hand wash brands, ambient music playing, scented candles, get rid of the plastic plants (look cheap), add a curtain at the main door
- all the cameras in such a small space feels quite uncomfortable

The massage itself was fantastic, but I don't think this place should be called a Spa, it's a tiny area with a hot tub and a steam room. Our package included tea/hot chocolate and when we asked in the Spa they didn't know and had to check with the manager, who said we should go to the cafe after our massages and ask for it. When we asked in the cafe, they didn't know and had to check with their manager. In the end we got it but since it's included you should get it without having to ask 5 people
Ridiculously good offer - it gave us a night in London with so much more included; massage, use of spa, 3 course meal, freebies in room, excellent bed and breakfast. Staff were lovely.
Stone throw away from Hyde Park. Can't recommend enough.
