The staff are really friendly from the moment we walked in. Everything was explained to us and was straightforward. Although spa facilities small it was lovely and quiet and was perfect for us. The massage was out of this world! Very attentive, tranquil, relaxing and unique. From the spa we were taken to the afternoon tea- which was beautiful! Exactly what we needed and no complaints!

The massage was incredible. But the spa was disappointing. Its tiny and not that clean, it needs some updating.The staff were friendly, but there was a few personal hygiene issues with staff, that considering its a spa, should not be present.
I do not think it was value for money. I would not return this reason.

Very small, good double room massage but there was stray hairs throughout the pool. Wouldn't go again but massage was very nice. Not a real spa.

Booked a package with 1 hour facilities , massage and afternoon tea
The spa was not really as I pictured , smaller than it appears online with a small jacuzzi and steam room. It is run down and needs a good clean. Very dirty looking with notices up about areas in maintenance . Grout filthy, silicone peeling off and black. Decorative items mouldy.
Massage was absolutely fine - no problems - enjoyed that part.
Basic afternoon tea - nothing special or luxury. Bland and cheap.
