It was part of package with afternoon tea so worth the price for 2 people as winter blues treat.
Unfortunately the aromatherapy was not available when I arrived , which was disappointing since that was what was advertised. Customers should be informed of that beforehand.
Steam and jacuzzi are tiny so wouldn't bother paying additional for it.
Afternoon tea is a nice treat after.
Service overall attentive and friendly.

Relaxing experience. Loved having the spa area to our selves. Massages were amazing and lovely afternoon tea. Only improvement would be more relaxing seating area.

The Massage itself was great and the receptionist knew I had hot chocolate included in my package which I went back upstairs to reception for. The other spa facilities are small and can accommodate 1-2 people at best. The jacuzzi and steam room worked and were pleasant though I ran into some guests who at first insisted they had private use of it because they had booked it. And I knew that not to be true. We ended up sharing but it was awkward. Used shower to refresh. A robe would have been nice
