We had the 3 corse afternoon lunch with a massage and full spa use the 3 corse meal is more than amazing we really enjoyed and the staff was so lovely and welcoming would deffo go back

The massage was amazing and the afternoon tea was OK but the spa facilities were very small and very basic and there was mould in the jacuzzi. They need more space for guests to shower and get changed or they need to ensure they only let one person/one group in at a time

This hotel went above an beyond for us. We told
Them it was special occasion and they made us feel
Like celebrities with there kind and caring Manor. Ali who was the gentleman to check us in was imo imbecile with his kind and caring Manor. We were upgraded with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates waiting on arrival. We will be returning very soon.

Since the moment we arrived at the hotel we received attentive service from Andreea at reception, she truly went the extra mile. The Swedish massage was the best we ever had anywhere, a truly wonderful and relax hour which I strongly recommend. We will book again next time we are in London. A 5 star experience from beginning or end. Thank you x
