The staff were friendly and the experience was good but the venue was very small and we probably didn’t need an hour there before the massage as there was just a jacuzzi and steam room. The jacuzzi was lovely and hot and the massages were amazing. There were couple of things that could be improved: it would be nice to have been provided with a robe, the jacuzzi grout need replacing as it was a little grubby and the steam room smelt bad (it could do with a bit of a clean and few essential oils)
