Such a lovely hotel. Every single member of staff was so nice. Avia looked after us so well.
Spa was small and everything is in front of the reception which makes it uncomfortable.
The Jacuzzi was full of chemicals and it was even making foam of chlorine.
- Steam room was very nice and relaxing.

Receptionist at the front desk in the hotel who showed me the way to go to spa asked me how old I am? Strange..
Receptionist in spa is using the word “Madam” as every second word and I found it very much annoying.

This was Dinner Bed and Breakfast at a 5 star hotel. Why then was the dinner so abysmal. There was three choices of main meal... my partner and I both chose the fish and chips. When it got to the table you could plainly see that all of the meal was straight out of the freezer! Even the dessert was still partly frozen. This was the worst meal I have had in any hotel in years ! The room and spa were ok, but severely let down by their so-called restaurant.
We took the breakfast, dinner, wine 60 minute spa package. it was amazing. The view from the room was limited but the room was finished to a high standard. (There was someone elses rubish under the bed though.)
The champagne was actually in the room which was suprising as i was only expecting a glass with dinner.
Dinner was quite dissapointing considering breakfast was better than most.
The spa was tucked away downstairs, its small but it was absolutely amazing. I cant thank the girls enough.
