Great place with great staff. Unfortunately it's very very small, but we had a lovely, relaxing time and the afternoon tea was delicious.

The massage was lovely and the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful, and it was perfectly clean. I did find that the location was very small, and you would sometimes have to wait your turn to use the changing and shower/toilet facilities. There also wasn't much to the spa/"fitness" area that we had 2 hours access to - only a sauna and a hot tub which we used for about 30 mins max in total. The hot tub had a slight chemical/medicinal smell to it which made it a bit less pleasant.

I chose this spa day as a birthday treat to myself. I love hot stone massages and wanted to use sit and relax and have a soak in a hot tub.
My treatment started about 10 mins late, and I had emailed in advance to have a hot stone massage- when I walked into the treatment room they told me there was no hot stones available.
The hot tub is also in the reception area meaning I was soaking while the receptionist unpacked deliveries/chatted on the phone right next to me.
I would not recommend.

It’s a very small spa with a hot tub and steam room and one shower. Changing rooms were tiny. The hot tub was too chlorinated and stung my eyes. The deep tissue massage made up for everything else - it was really fantastic.
We also had afternoon tea, which was quite good.
