Spa is tiny and not enough room to relax. Small jacuzzi which didn't work properly and a steam room. If you wanted to relax only 2 chairs by a tiny changing area the size of a cupboard. There were 6 people and it was cramped.
Afternoon tea excellent and staff upstairs far more professional and more personable.
The SPA area is very small. There are only two chairs for you to relax on before or after using the spa facilities. There is also only one toilet and shower and when it gets busy you will be waiting around. The area itself if small and you will find yourself in peoples way or bumping into one another
Rubbish! Awful atmosphere, made to feel very uncomfortable. No communication. Massage was OK. Unhygienic and cramped changing conditions. Definitely never go back.
The treatment was fantastic. Staff were friendly and lovely. Clean towels, robes and slippers were provided. The hot tub was super effective. Loved it! The place was clean and welcoming. I recommend...
