Great experience, the only fault is the steam room was closed, we weren't told about that until we tried to use it. Other than that, an amazing experience, I'll definitely recommend!

Myself and guest had a really good time. We had the Spa completely to ourselves and staff working in that area were very helpful. The ladies that carried out the Swedish massage were pleasant and professional. I would definitely go to the Chilworth again.

The spa is small, just a jacuzzi really but very nicely maintained and we had the place to ourselves. The massage was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

I felt that the lady who did the massage was inexperienced. I filled a questionaire which asked which parts of my body they should focus on and these areas was not focused on. Overall it was basic compared with my experience in other establishments.
