I went with a friend and had booked via email for an Aromatherapy Massage - I received a booking confirmation stating a Swedish one had been booked. I emailed back saying we had requested the aromatherapy option and she said it had been changed. On the day we made it clear that we had booked for aromatherapy - but there was no scent in the room or even the oil! The massage itself was lovely - but we had been looking forward to the aromatherapy aspect and left disappointed

Me and my sister went for my sisters birthday. When we arrived there was no one there to great us, so the cleaner showed us where to go. The sauner was not working, only the Jacuzzi, so we had to wait over an hour to be seen by the staff. I'm only 2-3 weeks pregnant but I was told that I could not get a massage but I did not read this anywhere, and I was also not offered a refund. The afternoon tea was mainly Indian, but me and my sister do not enjoy this sort of cuisine, so we ended up leaving it
