Great massage, just right. I felt really good afterwards. Lovely afternoon tea! Shame the facilities were closed due to Covid.

Understandably there were restrictions in place due to covid which meant we could no longer use the spa access but was given a voucher for this. Will have to get in contact as voucher states it expires June 2020 - I assume a writing error.
Bit disappointed that the massages on offer were reduced from 3 options to only the Swedish massage as my partner really needed a deep tissue massage. This was also a birthday present for him.
I found the massage very relaxing, the staff helpful & attentive.

The massage pressure was very light didn't get into my muscles at all. We also booked for an hour and I checked my watch before and after and we only got 45 minutes. They washed us down with flannels after which felt like a sponge bath at a hospital and I was cold the entire time.

We both enjoyed the day but I was a bit disappointed in the afternoon tea, the selection was a bit boring and not as advertised on your pictures and they forgot to give us champagne and when we asked about it, was a bit on the late side, but the lady was kind enough to make us a smoothie instead. The massage was okay but when I called to book I was told to chose the massage on the day and when we told the therapist they both said we should have pre booked as we both wanted hot stone massages.

Quite a nice massage and very kind staff. The spa was very small and the high tea not the best quality, with pretty awful music in the restaurant
