The massage was fantastic
The afternoon tea however had a few problems. Firstly we could see that none of the men working in the kitchen had their masks on properly. This is a disgrace given the situation. We asked the waitress (who was wearing her mask) to tell them to put on their masks and re-make the food. She was polite but I was expecting more of an apology. The food was re-made.
The quality of the afternoon tea was average: the jam was from small packs, tea from a bag, cakes uninspired

I treated my dad and myself for massage and spa with afternoon tea. All staff were welcoming, informative and skilled therapist. Food was awesome. Disappointing that the steam room was not working and was not told until we got there. Also we were not told how to use the spa- you have to press both buttons to get the full bubble pressure. Nonetheless the less would definitely go again.
