My Spa Treatment overall was really lovely! I left feeling pampered and Amy (my masseuse) was INCREDIBLE! I'd go back just for her. However, private shower space has not been rinsed as I could still see hair belonging to the person who had used it prior in the shower and that was off putting. But overall, everyone was really lovely and welcoming and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive.

Over all the day was good but everything was running late and we didn’t get our full hour for our massage or our full hour of using the facilities. On arrival we had to wait 20 minutes before going in. Once in we already lost 35 minutes of our hour in the spa. Our 1 hour massage was meant to start at 12.30pm but started 1.10pm and ended around 1.40pm. So we only got 30 minutes instead of the hour we paid for. The afternoon tea was good so over all it was a good day.
