Very good experience. Quite small spa but intimistic. A hot tube and steam room.
Currently the steam room doesn't work since covid-19 restrictions but they gave us a voucher to come back. Very professional !

The masseuse was running late for my appointment by 15minutes. As a result the masseuse did not give me my allotted one hour slot but cut my appointment by 15minutes

Jacuzzi was cold and we found it hard to relax. The therapy rooms also could have been warmer. They have offered us a voucher to return but don’t feel they were ready to receive clients yet and maybe should have waited till they were.

A super team! Attentive, considerate service in the tea room. Lovely, kind, thoughtful, attentive, considerate spa team. Massage was amazing! Discussion and form beforehand to tailor it to my needs. Respectful behaviour with regards to privacy and covid safety. Small but clean and effective spa facilities. I would definitely go again and recommend. Thank you all for a lovely experience.
