Beautiful experience. Everything was explained, I walked away feeling they had been honest about what I did/didn’t need, no hard upsells. The room was lovely and warm, I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed and will definitely be back

Had the treatment with Mala for the first time - it was great experience!
However I wasn’t notified that my usual therapist had left the business and some future appointment time was moved without notifying me. The transition could have been managed better.
