I had not been to the Chelsea Spa before, so I was slightly nervous about trying somewhere new, however I had no need to be.
I immediately felt completely at ease with Mala. It was instantly obvious she is extremely experienced, professional, very capable and friendly.
I came away very happy about the service, the salon and especially Mala herself. I will most definitely be going back again.

Chloe was great as always! I’ve had numerous sessions with her and she’s always gentle. She always makes sure I am comfortable and informed about the electrolysis progress. I recommend anyone who wants to get electrolysis to consider this clinic!
