I was hopeful this salon based on location in prime Chelsea would be great but was sadly disappointed. Though it’s pretty inside, the actual result was awful. My brow tint was applied unevenly so my brows don’t look symmetrical and left an orange color on the skin around my brows. I’m left trying to scrub it off my skin and need to use a brow pencil to correct the poorly applied tiny. They also kept leaving me to answer the phone in the start of the appointment. Technician didn’t wear a mask.

Have been getting electrolysis at the Chelsea Spa for a few months. It's a treatment that's not always easy to find and they are fantastic at it!
