Shugar is the best! She made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I am very skeptical as to whom touches my eyebrows but since the very start I knew she knew what she was doing. She is very sweet, gave me awesome recommendations and left my eyebrows looking much better than I could imagine! Will be definitely coming back to her :)
