Amazing experience! Chantelle understood exactly what I wanted and was so kind and knowledgeable. At the beginning of the appointment, I mentioned that I’d had a bad experience before with a different stylist pulling my hair too much, and Chantelle was so gentle and thoughtful throughout. She constantly made sure I was comfortable.The manager was lovely too and gave me great advice about using a gloss instead of toner and hair care products. I left really happy – I’ll definitely be coming back!
