The waxing itself was fine, and the lady was friendly. Just a heads up, they do charge £10 for extra hair which is fine.
But the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I was seen 20 mins late; there was confusion between who was going to do my treatment or what treatment I was having. It was initially one lady, then another lady. I was moved one seat to another. They were very confused about my appointment. It’s a huge place but felt very off and bit unwelcoming.
