Originally booked for 25 min facial but was offered a 50min at arrival which I decided to opt for. However, slight mix up with the running of diary and treatment was cut short. Manager was very apologetic and humble. I would come back again just because of the good customer service and would still recommend.
Facial itself was unfortunately rushed so could only give 4 stars.
