I had an hour long Swedish massage to relieve tension in my back. It was great. My masseuse, Sonia, was very pleasant and skilled. On the whole, however, it was just an ok experience. Even with the candles and humidifier, the room had an unpleasant smell wafting in intermittently. I also felt a dirty after the massage—perhaps it was the massage oil that left a weird after-smell as well. This took me out of the relaxation experience a little, and I’m not sure I’d go back any time soon because of this. It’s a shame because I really liked the massage itself and the masseuse. Maybe it’s because it’s a new salon. Worth a second chance later on in the year.

The facial was a gift and I was a bit skeptical cause I always go to the same salon, but I was pleasantly surprised. The salon is quite big and the treatment rooms upstairs are nice and clean. The therapist really took her time and I’m pretty sure that it lasted longer than the 40min it was supposed to. I’m probably gonna stick to my usually salon but I would definitely recommend this place to others!
