Not a good blow dry. I asked for volume and curls - I got neither. No curling iron was used (it was probably needed as the brush kept getting stuck in my hair and she pulled it out so hard the curls got lost). She only used a round brush and hair drier which she used with such force I had to bite my lip to deal with the pain. Hair ended up flat and stripy. I had to redo it at home. Paid £42 for this treatment and I honestly never write reviews but I was so dissatisfied I felt I had to this time.
