At a previous appointment i asked what to book in to achieve my look. When I arrived they said I had booked in the wrong thing and I explained I had spoken to the stylist before. I said I would have it blowdried, I was offered a mask and then it was forgotten so had to go back to over to the basin. All very rude and not accommodating and spoke down to trainees. I was told I would have my refund sent on Monday and it’s now Thursday. Disappointing
