I think my therapist was called Mandy. The setting was clean& bright. The waxing was thorough and dignified. It’s miles away from where I live but will be going back there for sure. I also had my eyebrows waxed as there was a slot on my way out. ***

The haircut itself was OK and the hairdresser was friendly. However, when it came to the blow-dry, the stylist recommended using curling tongs for putting waves in the hair, but failed to mention this would be an extra £10 compared to the original quote of £45. To top it off, their card reader wasn't working, so was told to go find an ATM and withdraw cash. Disappointing. I won't be back.
