I went for a face wax. Usually I have Mandy who is great. I had a different lady and the wax was painful. I have had many face waxes in my life and this one was not good. Besides the pain she didn't listen to what I said. I specifically mentioned not too take much off my eyebrows as I had been growing them for 5 months as I wanted a certain shape and she took too much off. I will have to grow them again now as they have no shape now. Quite disappointed as I have had good experiences here.
