My Daughter treated me to this and we had agreat time for the 3 hours there, although I would struggle to attend for a full day as the facilities are small and intimate. There is a hot-tub in a small yard but no pool and we managed to use it a couple of times in between dodging rain and hail showers. All the staff from the receptionists to the bar staff who served our afternoon tea were really pleasant and helpful. For the morning that we were there we saw four other people and I think that any more would have been cramped as changing room and foot spa's and sauna etc are tiny and a bit of a squeeze. Afternoon tea was very nice and served in the bar although you could have it in the relaxation room or in one of the lovely outdoor areas if the weather was better. From what I saw of the hotel it looks as if it is worth a future visit also.

I attended with my mum and found the venue really easily as just 2 minutes away from the lovely market town of Wetherby. We recieved a very warm welcom from a very busy receptionist who was also dealing with a large wedding party. We were shown around and took our bubbly and chocolates into the outdoor hot-tub - not really the venues fault but there seemed to be a lot of little flies around the area and in the water which was off putting. The steam room didn't seem to be that hot but the sauna and foot spa's were great. They could probably do with a member of staff to regularly check the spa area as after a few hours the showers and the spa floor area had become very wet and the towels on the floor looking a mess, but maybe with the wedding being on they were very pushed for staff on that day.
Afternoon tea was served in the bar area which was very busy, however faultless service and delicious as well.
Would return and reccomend to others but would struggle to stay over 3 hours as no swimming pool.
A beautiful hotel, well maintained and the Spa area and facilities were excellent. We visited for a one night stay with use of spa facilities and we both had a treatment which was lovely. The hotel itself was easy to find, straight off the motorway and we were welcomed by helpful staff who looked after our cases at reception as we had arrived early to use the spa facilities and when we later checked in (check-in is from 2pm) they had already put our cases in our room.
The weather was lovely on the day which meant we could sit outside on the balcony of the relaxation room and could use the outdoor hot tub! We were fortunate in having nice weather as you have to cut across a little yard from the hotel to the spa and they only have the 1 hot tub outside which isn't covered and they do not have a pool. The only downside to the spa is that the women's changing room is a bit of a squeeze if you have more than 2ppl in there!
The food was lovely and the best part of the day for me was when we were brought afternoon tea on the courtyard in the middle of the hotel! A totally relaxing and enjoyable experience I'd definitely recommend it!
Bought the Spa day with a glass of bubbly and afternoon tea, for my friend as a birthday present and a treat for myself, and do not have any complaints. The surroundings were calm, peaceful and relaxing, the facilities were good too. The outdoor hot tub was lovely, the staff were welcoming and friendly. I did not book any treatments but my friend did, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was good and I would definately recommend this venue to anybody looking for a Spa day. Only two minor things, the hairdryer did not work, and we had to wait a while for the afternoon tea. It was however worth waiting for the food was delicious. Tea could have been hotter though.
99 percent satisfied and would definately return.
WE WENT AS A GROUP OF 3 AND IT WAS REALLY EASY TO FIND, THE FACILITIES WERE GOOD AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY. WAS A REALLY GOOD FEW HOURS AND THE AFTERNOON TEA AFTERWARDS WAS LOVELY, WOULD CERTAINLY GO AGAIN.
