This would have been nice but they'd hired it out to far too many people- you could barely move in the changing rooms, there were wet towels everywhere, the hot tub/saunas etc were constantly full. Very disappointing, not worth the money
Fantastic experience, really enjoyed the spa, great value for money and would recommend this hotel for everyone as it's very clean, staff are very friendly and the facilities are great
This place is beautiful. Been 4 times now. The only down side is some areas needed a bit more attention to detail on the clean. My massage was perfect!
A friend and I stayed overnight, had use of facilities and afternoon tea, the spa area was quite busy with quite a few other clients, the spa facilities were nice but fewer than we expected, despite pre-ordering our afternoon tea, we had to wait quite some time for it to arrive, the restaurant service was good. Overall we had a good stay which was value for money.
