We had a great relaxing time! Mud room is fun and our skin was soft and smooth after. Saunas are great, the hot tub is exellent. Bathrobes are a bit small..Afternoon tea was nice. Great value for money.

Could have been a nice experience but let down by a number of small things - hand lotion dispenser not refilled when empty, facial treatment rushed and not very relaxing, hot tub and foot spas broken. Lovely pub / restaurant but let down by the spa
