This is the fourth time we have visited and it was as enjoyable as ever. Lovely helpful staff relaxing spa experience and treatment. Lovely food and comfortable overnight stay. Will be booking again thankyou
Good value package but it is a small spa with outdoor hot tub and sauna so unsure how useful these would be in the rain. I had booked a treatment through the spas own website but they hadn't got the booking so there was some fussing about that which wasn't very relaxing!
Spa area was busy , would of preferred a longer time allocation so it didn't feel rushed we had 4-7pm people in the hot tub the whole time , not much privacy . The meal was lovely and breakfast great. Room was a decent size and everything you would need
Arrived for a nice lunch before the spa at 2pm. Reception staff were helpful and the person in the bar was very pleasant.
The outside sauna was set at a very high temperature and we couldn't stay in it too long. We had the massage treatment. My wife caught her toe on a lamp that is situated in the corridor and cut it quite badly. She was attended to by a first aid member of staff who was great. Our evening meal was very good and rounded off with a few pints of Black Sheep. The room was very comfortable and the next days breakfast superb. The lady in the restaurant was very attentive and friendly and the reception staff on leaving were the same.
