I felt the spa was too busy, couldn't get to use some facilities as it was over crowed. Staff were unfriendly, sly comments to one another aimed at myself and my guest! Our afternoon tea came out and my guest is vegetarian, she politely asked if they had other options of sandwich filler and they were hesitant and rude about it. Overall I'm not impressed as we were made to feel unwelcome! Unfortunately we will not be going back!

Changing rooms are a little small as they were 10 people changing.
We had a great spa break - staff were all friendly and the cream tea and dinner were lovely. Looking forward to the next one!
The staff were so lovely and made us feel welcome and looked after and the price we got our package for was definitely value for money. Unfortunately the Plunge pool wasn't full and neither of the saunas were particularly hot however the jacuzzi was beautiful and in a lovely courtyard, it just needed to be much warmer as it was only tepid so we couldn't stay in it long at all.
We were given a glass of bubbly and a cream tea to share, both of which were lovely. We'd recommend this place to a friend for an afternoon spa day however next time we'd seek out somewhere with a wider range of facilities.
