My experience for the first time was good, however, in my case, my hand is very dry and that's why I prefer to soak my hand in water before starting to remove the cuticle or apply a cream to soften it. This is just my suggestion to improve service. :)

So grateful for the amazing job Alina did fixing my nail. It was a total write-off and also extremely painful but I was really impressed by her care and attention. It looks like new. The staff were all really kind and helpful. A great experience, thank you!

I got my hair cut short as it was quite long with dead ends. It was uneven at the ends and the fringe was cut straight across with no blending. I told her and she kept making excuses for why 'that's how it falls' 'It is the shape of a 'U' at the back though'. Asking more about what a customer would like and listening to them would be recommended. I had to go the next day to another hairdresser to fix up the mess. Not happy.
